Each of our services is a tailored experience including massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, aromatherapy, and a hot towel. Relax in our calm atmosphere while lying on a soft, massage table, warmed to the temperature you like.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is assisted stretching by an FST-certified therapist. Fascia is connective tissue throughout the body. When the fascia isn’t in an ideal condition, you may experience pain, stiffness and restricted movement. FST increases range of motion for better, pain-free mobility.
Your choice of one essential oil: peppermint, wintergreen, lemongrass, eucalyptus, rosemary, clove, cinnamon. For chronic pain or acute injury, you can choose a blend of oils for an extra special aromatherapeutic experience.
Our tables are warmed with adjustable, electric table warmers.
Relaxation Massage
Also called Swedish Massage, this massage uses smooth, gliding strokes with firm pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. This classic massage allows you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is designed to remove severe tension. It relieves tight muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries.
Trigger Point Therapy
Direct pressure is applied to specific points on tender muscle tissue to reduce muscle tension and pain. It’s often used in combination with Deep Tissue Massage.
Therapeutic Massage
This massage uses specific techniques on areas of chronic pain or injuries to help alleviate pain and stimulate healing. It’s often used in combination with other types of massage.
Myofascial Release
This massage uses sustained pressure to release tightness and smooth the fascia (all connective tissue besides bone or blood) just under the surface. There are no oils used. It’s designed to relieve pain and increase range of motion.
Pricing
30 minutes - Spot treatment for 1 to 2 areas: $65
60 minutes - Full body massage that addresses all major muscle groups: $110
75 minutes - Full body massage, plus extra time for 1 to 2 areas that need it most: $128
90 minutes - Full body massage plus extra time for everything: $145
The minutes are the hands-on time on the table. For example, a 60-minute service is 60 minutes on the table, not 50 minutes on the table and 10 minutes to get undressed and dressed. One single essential oil and one hot towel are included at no additional charge.
